Joanna is a certified barre instructor and accomplished stretch and dance educator. She has taught at renowned studios including Ballet Beautiful, Manhattan Plaza Health Club, Xtend Barre (Los Angeles), Power Studio (New York City), and ShaktiBarre (Williamsburg).
Blending classical technique with performance artistry, Joanna offers signature Cabaret workshops, as well as private and semi-private Super Stretch and Flamenco Fitness (flamenco-inspired barre) sessions designed to build strength, elegance, flexibility, and stage presence.

90 min workshop designed to empower and inspire women. We learn how to express yourself through body language and movement, how to gracefully walk and dance on heels. It is a technique class combine with choreography for all levels.

Barre Class- Flemenco Fitness
50 min class designed to tone, strength and sculpt your body. The workout is inspired by flamenco, ballet and pilates. It will help you to burn extra calories and work on your posture. You will also discover that exercising can be fun and exciting. Flamenco Fitness is has a main purpose, which is to make you feel beautiful and confident in your own body.
